| Abstract: | To reduce the restriction in ordered gray scale erosion, the area encoding technique is used to code three gray scale structural element . The ordered gray scale erosion is performed through an optical incoherent correlator with electrical threshold, in which the resolution requirement of the thresholding device is much reduced. |
