| 摘 要： | 在福州,8月和9月是降香黄檀外植体诱导消毒的好季节,选择季节比选择消毒剂重要。试验中发现升汞消毒效果稍好于次氯酸钠。在加有青霉素的培养基,青霉素可以抑制细菌生长和繁殖,但不能抑制真菌生长和繁殖。试验筛选出改良DCR＋BA2.0mg.L-1＋NAA0.1mg.L-1作为外植体诱导培养基、改良MS1＋BA0.5mg.L-1＋NAA0.1mg.L-1的组合适合继代增殖,改良MS2＋生长调节剂适合降香黄檀茎芽生根。生根培养基加有活性炭0.5g.L-1有利于降香黄檀组培瓶内生根。

| Abstract: | August and September are the suitable season for Dalbergia odorifera to be sterilized.The season selection is more improtant than the selection of disinfectors.The sterilizing result showed that the HgCl2 was a little better than NaClO.Penicillium could inhibit the gowth and propagation of bacteria,but could not inhibit the gowth and propagation of fungi on the media.Modified DCR supplemented with BA2.0 mg·L-1 and NAA0.1 mg·L-1 was selected as the explant induction medium,modified MS1 supplemented with BA0.5 mg·L-1 and NAA0.1mg·L-1 was selected as the shoot proliferation medium,and modified MS2 supplemented with the suitable plant growth regulators was selected as the shoot rooting medium.The Activated charcoal 0.5g·L-1 was good for shoot rooting. |
