| 摘 要： | 随着对软实力理论研究的深入,军事文化对于军队战斗力的提升或抑制作用越来越被人们所认识。军事文化软实力是军事文化因素作用的表现形式。作为一种观念形态的作用力,军事文化软实力通过＂军人＂参与军事实践活动表现出来。根据作用对象的不同,军事文化软实力可以分为内向作用力和外向作用力。信息化战争时代的到来,军事文化的地位和作用将更加凸显,必须提高认识,采取切实措施,不断提升我军的军事文化软实力。
