领导能力研究综述

领导在组织中起着至关重要的作用。迄今为止,学术界对于领导能力的研究众说纷纭。文中力求在中西方学术界对领导能力问题的探索、党的四代领导集体对领导能力的重要论述以及新形势下党和国家重要文件对领导能力的阐述三个方面对领导能力研究进行梳理,以期为今后的研究提供参考。

Research on leadership capacity

Leadership plays a vital role in the organization.So far,opinions are widely divided to the research of leadership capacity in academic circles.This paper seeks to research leadership capacity from three aspects： leadership capacity explored both by Chinese and Western academic scholars;important discourses on leadership capacity made by Party′s four generations leaders;discourses on leadership capacity in new situation recorded in Party′s and State′s important documents,which provide a reference for future research.
