教学学术与军校教员的专业发展

摘    要:军校教员的专业发展是军校教员通过主动的行动研究、教学反思等形式,不断追求专业成长,从而达到自身素质提高和可持续发展的过程。教学学术是军校教员在其学科领域进行教学时,通过教学研究、合作交流、反思实践等活动表现出的知识、能力与素质。教学学术的发展是军校教员专业发展的内在要求,它可以促使教员拓展专业知识,提高专业技能,推进军校教员职业的专业化,并最终促进军校教员的专业发展。

Abstract:Military instructors′ professional development is a sustainable development,which refers to the process of enhancing their qualities.In the course of development,military instructors continuously pursue their professional improvements with the active action research and the reflection on teaching."Scholarship of teaching" refers to the knowledge,ability and quality showed by military instructors through their teaching researches,cooperation and exchanges,and reflective practices in their specific fields.The development of "scholarship of teaching" is the inherent requirement in improving military instructors′ profession.It will help to expand their professional knowledge,advance their professional skills,and accelerate the instructor professionalization.
