| 摘 要： | 当前，部分军队院校正在以学历教育为主，向以任职教育为主转型，在这一转型体系的实施过程中取得了一些成绩，但是任职教育的发展仍存在很多薄弱环节。文中针对任职教育中教员队伍建设存在的几个薄弱环节进行了思考，在加深教员对任职教育的认识，任职教育教员队伍人才的引进、培养、成长等方面给出了几点改进意见。

| Abstract: | Education is currently transferring from diploma oriented education to post oriented education in some military academies. Some achievements have been gained during this process, but many deficiencies are exploited. Aiming at the deficiencies existing in the construction of teaching staff in post oriented education, this paper gives some advice on strengthening teachersp ideal about the post oriented education. It also brings up some advice about recruitment, cultivation and growth of teaching talents engaged in post oriented education . |
