| 摘 要： | 基于信息系统的体系作战能力,是信息化条件下作战能力的基本形态。随着一体化指挥平台的广泛运用,指挥控制更加高效、精确,指挥方式由传统的＂树状＂改变为＂网状＂、＂扁平状＂。同时,＂网状＂式的指挥也使指挥跨度加大,对各级指挥人员的指挥协调能力提出了更高的要求。近年的作战能力评估和执行多样化军事任务实践证明,指挥能力相对于其他作战能力而言,仍是我军核心军事能力建设急需补强的＂短板弱项＂。开展一体化指挥平台的训练,是形成较强的一体化联合作战指挥能力的重要举措。
