| 摘 要： | 从历史纵向的视角,对我军非战争军事行动的发展轨迹进行了探索性揭示,旨在为做好新时期的非战争军事行动工作提供参考和借鉴。从共性上看,执行非战争军事行动是我军在各个历史时期的一项重要任务,非战争军事行动的功能是不断强化的;从个性上看,可以分为战争条件下的两位一体、相对和平条件下的积极作为、“临战状态”条件下的紧急应对与和平建设条件下的战略强化四个时期。

| Abstract: | It is beneficial to get some reference by studying the development of our non-war military action from a vertical historical view. Non-war military action assumes different connotations at four different periods of our army＇s history. However, both in the wartime and the peacetime, non-war military action is an important mission, and its service function has been intensifying. |
