| 摘 要： | 着眼信息化战争的机遇与挑战，世界军事强国都十分重视高素质新型军事人才的锻造培养，全面致力于军校办学理念重塑与院校教育教学改革创新。文中借鉴外军院校军事教育改革经验，从贴近实战、教员队伍与部队军官接轨、任职教育与部队训练衔接、实施开放办学等方面对我军院校教育转型的启示进行了探讨。
