| 摘 要： | 美军价值观在美军思想政治教育中具有极其重要的地位。美军价值观培育有其独到之处，形成了较为鲜明的特点，但由于阶级的局限性，也存在着不足。他山之石，可以攻玉，充分剖析美军价值观培育的做法，找出其长处和存在的不足，对我军建设具有极其重要的启示和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The U. S. army＇s values cultivation plays an important role in their ideological and political education. It is distinct from all others and has bright characteristics. Because of the class limitation, it also has some inadequacies. Stones from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one. Our army should be greatly enlightened by analyzing the ways of the U. S. army＇s values cultivation and finding out its benefits and deficiencies. |
