军官心理健康状况测查分析

应用SCL-90对543名军官（部队政工干部和教员）进行测查,把握其心理健康状况,为部队和军校心理服务提供参考依据。测查结果：这些军官SCL-90大多数项目分显著低于军人常模但高于另一军官样本（P〈0.001）;女性组各项目分与女军人常模无显著差异,恐怖因子分显著高于男性组（P〈0.05）;教员组总分及5个因子（抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性、附加因子）分均高于政工干部组（P〈0.05~0.01）;年龄、学历不同组的个别因子分有显著差异（P〈0.05~0.01）。结果提示：543名部队政工干部和教员的心理健康水平高于一般军人群体,但低于另一研究的军官样本;性别、年龄、职位、学历不同的军官心理健康状况有一定差异。要更关注和提高军校教员、女军官、高学历和中年军官的心理健康水平。

Investigation on military officers' mental health
