| 摘 要： | 美军军兵种文化根植于美国主流文化传统，具有“同源异质性”。美军在军兵种文化建设过程中注重从维系军兵种团结的角度突出其“同源”本质，但也承认其“异质”属性并加入“对抗”成分，构建起“和而不同”的军事文化体系。客观地借鉴吸收美军在军兵种文化建设方面的成功做法，对于构建我军特色的军兵种文化具有一定的启示意义。

| Abstract: | The US armyrs culture, rooting in the American dominant cultural traditions, has a ＂different quality of the same origin＂. In the process of constructing the military culture, the US army stresses the essence of ＂the same origin＂ in order to hold the forces together. At the same time, it admits the ＂different quality＂ accepting opposition so as to build a military cultural system characterized by ＂harmony without uniformity＂. The successful practice in the US armyrs culture construction can give us an enlightenment. |
