| 摘 要： | 环城游憩带的建设是一个系统工程,需要综合考虑统筹安排,必须确定若干基本原则作为环城游憩带建设的基本方针。桂林环城游憩带以“外来旅游者”作为主要的市场定位具有深远的意义。桂林环城游憩带已显雏形,构建ReBAM,有两种模式可以参考:点轴式开发模式和网络综合开发模式。
