| 摘 要： | 用免培养法(culture-independent approach)从腾冲大滚锅高温热泉中获得的16SrDNA,经克隆筛选,测定了其中5个克隆的16SrDNA插入片段的近全序列.构建的系统发育树分析结果表明,5个克隆中有2个是Bacillus属,1个是Hydrogenobacter属,1个是Pseudomonas属,还有1个在Thermodesulfobacteriaceae科,介于Geothermbacterium属和Thermodesulfobacteria属之间.

| Abstract: | Five almost completely 16 S rDNA sequences were obtained from Dagunguo of Tengchong Rehai with culture independent approach.A phylogenetic tree was constructed,among which two of these sequences are Bacillus,the other three sequences belong to Genera Hydrogenobacter,Pseudomonas and a potential genus that belongs to the family Thermodesulfobacteriaceae,it takes a position between the Genera Geothermobacterium and Thermodesulfobacteria. |
