高校常用的团体心理辅导技术

目前在高校中,运用团体心理辅导来改善大学生人际关系的方式日益受到重视。团体心理辅导因其互动性强、效率高等优点,深受高校师生喜爱。在不同的理论基础上形成许多不同的团体心理辅导方式,如内在小孩疗法、沙盘疗法、会心团体疗法、叙事疗法等。通过对团体辅导理论及技术的具体介绍,从而使团体领导者根据不同的来访者运用恰当适宜的心理辅导方式,以期高效地改善大学生人际关系。

Common Group Counseling Ways in College

At present, using group counseling to improve interpersonal relationship of college students has received more and more attention in college. Group counseling is very popular among students and teachers in college due to its advantages of high inter- activity, efficiency, etc. This study mainly discusses the different group counseling ways formed based on different theories, such as inner child therapy, the sandplay, encounter group therapy, narrative therapy and so on. This paper can enable the leader to use ap- propriate psychological counseling based on different visitors through the detailed introduction of theory and technology of group counseling, hoping to improve interpersonal relationship among undergraduates effectively.
