| 摘 要： | 针对现有项目评价无法全面衡量公共建筑功能和使用效果的问题,本文引入了使用后评价(POE)理论和评价框架.在分析研究实地观察、选择性访谈、问卷调查和功能分析等评价方法的基础上,构建了公共建筑使用后评价的整体框架,并从政府、研究机构和公众角度给出了在公共建筑使用评价研究领域推广POE的策略建议.
