拉压异性材料的脆断强度条件

摘    要:常用的脆断强度条件都仅适合某些材料和应力状态,而缺乏普遍的适用性。通过观察实验现象和分析破坏原因,认为平均应力对脆断影响显著。提出了考虑平均应力和最大剪应力共同影响、考虑了拉压异性的脆断条件。其物理意义明确,理论推导和公式比莫尔准则简单,与实验结果吻合的好,特别是双向拉伸应力状态下,比莫尔准则与实验结果吻合的好。适合材料力学教学和压力容器设计。

Abstract:Common theory of brittle fracture is only fitting to some material and the state of stress,but lack on applicablity.Through the experimental results and study on the reason of fracture,we considered that mean stress and maximum shearing stress were different in tension and compression,condition of fracture was proposed.Physical theory is clear,theory and for-mula is simple.It has a good agreement with experimental results,especially,two dimensional tension state of stress is fitting to teaching of material mechanical and the disign on shells of full compression.
