摘    要:提出了接收端在空间随机分布时,利用改进的自适应遗传算法解决TDOA定位估计中遇到的非线性最优化问题.采用浮点数编码遗传算法,引入自适应交叉率和变异率、非均匀变异算子,以TDOA方式进行最佳坐标搜索.仿真结果表明,在保证种群数量的情况下,该算法性能稳定,能找到逼近全局最优点的解,相对于其他算法精度更高.

Abstract:An enhanced adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed for the nonlinear optimization in DTOA-based location. By use of floating point encoding genetic algorithm,adaptive crossover and mutation,and a non-uniform mutation operator, the algorithm searches the optimal coordinates. The experimental results show that if the population size is big enough, the algorithm is stable and can find the coordinates approaching the global optimal point. It has a higher accuracy than other algorithms.
