同步推进城市信息化与城市知识化

信息化与知识化已经成为 2 1世纪城市建设的新主题 ,在推进城市信息化的同时 ,还应当系统地考虑怎样同步推进城市知识化的问题 ,城市信息化与知识化应是协调发展与科学转化的。本文提出“城市知识化”这一概念 ,并分析界定了其基本内涵、主要特征等 ,然后着重探讨了怎样同步推进我国城市信息化与城市知识化 ,以及应注意的几个问题
