师范院校校报副刊育人漫议

报纸副刊是“城市的公园”,但“公园”是“城市”的组成部分,校报副刊要利用自己为师生员工所喜闻乐见的优势,配合其他版面办报（刊) 人。就师范院校校报副刊而言,就是要坚持德育为首,在抓好师德教育上狠下功夫;要主动为素质教育服务,把副刊办成抓师能训练的特殊课堂;要切实强化阵地意识,为培养一专多能人才多出力流汗。

Informal discussion on the educational function of the supplements of school newspapers in teachers college

The supplement of newspaper can be compared to the "parks of city", but the "parks" are the components of the "city". Making full use of its advantage in providing students, teachers and other personnel with what they especially love to see and hear, the supplement of school newspaper should cooperate with other pages of the newspaper to perform the educational function. As far as the supplement of school newspaper in teachers college is concerned, we should stick to the principle of putting moral education in the first position and devote more to the education of teachers' professional ethics. The supplement of newspaper should offer active service to the quality education and become special classroom for the training of teachers' skills. The awareness of the supplement of newspaper as a battlefield should be strengthened so that we can use it to do more for the cultivation of talents with one specialty but many-sided ability.
