摘    要:建立了一个带有治疗和注射乙肝疫苗的HBV-HCV交叉感染模型.首先证明了解的正定性和有界性,通过构造Lyapunov函数得到了疾病消失的条件;其次根据Hurwitz矩阵的相关性质得到了只感染HBV和只感染HCV平衡点的局部稳定性条件.

Abstract:In this paper, an HBV and HCV coinfection model which considers treatment and injection of hepatitis B vaccine has been established. First, we have proved the positivity and boundedness of solutions, and obtain the condition of disappearance of the disease by constructing Lyapunov function. Then, according to the correlation property of Hurwitz matrix, we obtain the locally asymptotically stability conditions of the HBV-only equilibrium and HCV-only equilibrium.
