| 摘 要： | 文章提出了一种基于互信息确定固体表面位移场的新方法，通过计算机数字模拟实验和实物标准位移实验，验证了该方法的可行性，并得到了0．02 pixel的位移测量精度。

| Abstract: | This paper puts forward a new method for the determination of the displaced field on solid surface based on inter-information. And the computer digital simulation test and the material standard displacement test verify the feasibility of this method and reach the displacement measuring accuracy of 30.02 pixel. |
