摘    要:针对电力安全文化评估系统是一个复杂的非线性系统,构造了基于粗糙集-神经网络的智能化电力安全文化评估模型,通过粗糙集约简输入变量,提炼学习样本,再利用神经网络对其进行训练和评价.该智能模型避免了评价元素过多而导致的网络拓扑结构复杂、训练时间过长等不足,很好地解决了安全文化评价结果和评价元素之间的复杂非线性关系,具有良好的泛化能力,能够对电力安全文化状况做出准确有效的评估结论.

Abstract:Power Safety Culture Assessment System is a complicated non-linear system which is hard to be evaluated.An integrated Power Safety Culture Assessment Model based on rough set theory and neural network is presented in this paper.Firstly,a series of safety culture assessment indexes adapted for assessment system are established.Secondly,the rough set theory is applied to reduce the input variables and extract the learning samples,and then neural network model is trained using the probable rule before to perform the final assessment.The model reduces the dimension of input to neural network,and raises the training efficiency.Experimental results show that the Power Safety Culture Assessment Model based on rough set theory and Neural Network have nicer generalization ability,and it can make a correct and effective assessment of power safety culture situation.
