| 摘 要： | 简化和繁化是汉字发展过程中的两个必然现象。简化是为了控制社会用字的数量和书写更为便捷;繁化是为了社会用字的词义更为准确。在物资文明和精神文明高度发达的今天,语言文字的规范化必须依靠国家的强制措施,必须依靠语言文字工作者的指导作用。整理规范语言文字,必须坚持科学性原则。适应社会的需要,是我们整理规范语言文字的根本目的。要确定现代汉语规范通用汉字,前提是颁布相关规定制定必要措施,整理、规范和限定“人名用字”、“生僻的地名用字”、“方言用字”。
