| 摘 要： | 随着西部大开发战略的实施,四川的经济社会发展迅速,四川高校科技事业取得了较大的成绩,科技实力大为增强,高校科技成果转化成效显著,但各种原因,限制了高校科技成果转化,必须统筹协调,完善发展思路,促进高校科技成果转化全面协调可持续发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of west regions in China, the economic and social development in Sichuan Province is tremendous: the colleges and universities in Sichuan Province have made great achievement in science and technology; the scientific and technological strength has been greatly enhanced; the transformation of scientific and technological achievements is outstanding. However, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements made in colleges and universities is constrained for some reason. Thus, it is necessary to co-ordinate the overall planning, to perfect development ideas, to facilitate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements made in colleges and universities and to accelerate the overall development. |
