可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷的研制

摘    要:以MgO—Al_2O_3—SiO_2系统为基础组成,添加适量的Na~+、K~+、B~(3+)、F~-制得金云母微晶玻璃。在此基础上再添加Ca~(2+)和P~(5+),制得含磷灰石和金云母的可切削生物活性玻璃陶瓷,根据差热分析、X-射线衍射及电镜分析结果,以结晶化学的观点讨论了母玻璃的分相、成核及结晶过程,同时也讨论组成、性能工艺过程与结构的关系。

Abstract:The bronze mica glass-ceramics was prepared by addtion of the righ ammount of Na~+,K~+,B~(3+),F~- in the MgO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2 system,then the machinable biological active glass-ceramics which contained apatite and bronze mica was prepared by addtion of Ca~(2+) and P~(5+). Based on the results of differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis,electron microscope analysis and the viewpoint of crystal chemistry,the processes of phase separation ,nucleation and crystallization and the relations of composition, property and technical process to structures were discussed.
