添加碳化硅晶须的锆莫来石材料力学性能

摘    要:通过对体积密度、三点抗弯强度、断裂韧性地测定以及对复合材料断口和表面的SEM分析,重点探讨了直接混磨和湿化学法制粉两种方法对添加有碳化硅的锆莫来石材料的影响。结果表明:在N2气氛中,直接混磨法更易获得碳化硅与锆莫来石基质的匹配和较高的力学性能。

Abstract:The effect of the two different manufacture processes on properties of SiC toughened ZrO2/mullite multiphase material had been invested through bulk density, three-point strength, toughness analysis and as well as microstructure analysis by SEM. The results showed the high mechanic properties and the good match could be reached by direct-milled method under N2 atmosphere.
