| 摘 要： | 构建科学的、独具特色的人才培养模式是提高高职教育教学质量,培养适应社会需要的高质量的实用技术人才和管理人才的关键因素。独具特色的"任务驱动式"人才培养模式有其独特的内涵,经过探索与实践,"任务驱动式"人才培养模式在一定条件保障下,可取得良好的办学效果。

| Abstract: | Construction of scientific and unique talent training mode in vocational education is to improve the quality of teaching and training to the needs of the community for high-quality technical personnel and key management personnel. A unique "task-driven" training mode has its own unique content, through exploration and practice, "task-driven" training mode can ensure to achieve good results under certain conditions. |
