| 摘 要： | 选择无需用氯甲酸乙酯作原料的邦迪－缪勒法和柯特斯法进行牛磺胆酸钠的合成研究。从工艺条件、产品纯度和收率方面对两种方法进行了比较，并对邦迪－缪勒法的某些操作，特别是第三步反应及第四步反应的反应条件进行了改进，使产品的纯度及收率明显提高。结果表明，邦迪－缪勒法较柯特斯法更适合于工业生产。

| Abstract: | Two methods (Bondi Mueller method and Cortese method )which need not ethyl chloroformate as material or reagent for the synthesis of sodium taurocholate are selected for comparative studies,and the technical conditions,purity and yield of products related to the two methods are compared.The operating procedures of the Bondi Mueller method,especially the reaction condition of the third step and the fourth step,,have been improved,With an apparent increase in the product purity and product yield obtained. With the comparison,it can be concluded that the Bondi Mueller method is better than the Cortese method for the industrial production. |
