无取向硅钢50W470铁损各向异性的实验研究

摘    要:针对无取向硅钢50W470铁损各向异性差部分超标的问题,对相同生产工艺条件下生产出的硅钢,进行了金相、背散射电子像观察和化学成分、夹杂物以及三维取向分布函数的测定.对测定结果分析表明:无取向硅钢50W470铁损各向异性差超标的主要原因是织构类型和织构度的变化,且与材料夹杂物含量有一定关系.

Abstract:Non-orientation silicon steel 50W470 has partially-overproofed problems in anisotropy of iron loss.Its metallographic,back scattered electrons patterns have been observed,and the chemical compositions,inclusions and three-dimensional orientation distribution function(ODF) have been measured on the silicon steel that was produced in the same production process.The analytical results show that the main reasons of partially-overproofed problems in anisotropy of iron loss of silicon steel lie in the varying texture and constitution degree,and it was related to the purity of metal.
