摘    要:运用有限差分法并通过MATLAB编程对两半导体球壳内的电位进行了数值计算,与解析解结果比较,其相对误差很小.因此,在电磁场计算与分析过程中,把两种方法结合起来,可加深对场域中电位分布情况的理解,又能起到相互验证的作用.

Abstract:The paper uses finite difference calculus to do numerical calculation on electric potential in two-half-conductor spheric shell by compiling computer program of MATLAB language. Comparing with the results of analytical solution,the relative errors between them are very little. Therefore,combination of analytical solution and numerical calculation not only enhances to understand electric potential distribution but also produces effect of validating each other in the process of calculation and analysis of electromagnetic fields.
