过氧化二异丙苯生产水洗工艺比较实验

摘    要:对过氧化二异丙苯生产工艺中水洗过程操作形式进行了实验比较,采用多级逆流接触萃取使原料异丙苯的损失量减少,洗水用量平均减少了34%,酚含量减少了10.1%,乙醇的萃取回收率增加了16.8%。

Abstract:The experimental of methodologies for the water washing process of DCP production with multiadverse current contact extraction are studied in this paper. The loss in the produotion of isopropyl phenol,the raw material,was reduced.Meanwhile, the average quantity of washing water was reduced by 34% and the content of phenol was reduced by 10.1%?But the extraction recovery of alcohol was increased by 16.8%.
