摘    要:主体性体育教学是健康教育与现代科学人文主义教育思想相结合的产物,是实施健康教育方法之一 其实质是:确立学生在体育教学中的主体地位;教学中通过建构学生体育主体性的过程,提高学生的体育主体性使其成为主体的一种教学方法 实施主体性体育教学能从根本上改变体育课实效差的问题,也是全面推进健康教育的必然要求

Abstract:Active physical education is a combination of health education and modern scientific and humanistic education thoughts. It's one of the ways to put the health education into practice. Its essence is to make students' main role in physical education, and to improve the students' activity during this process. The application of active physical education can fundamentally solve the problem of deficient sports classes and is inevitably required by the general enhancement of health education.
