地下卷取机助卷辊支承框架动力分析

摘    要:本文以引起地下卷取机产生事故的主要原因即冲击振动为研究对象,采用SAP-5程序对该卷取机事故最多的1号助卷辊支承框架进行了有限元模态分析和结构动力计算。根据计算结果对支承框架进行了共振分析及经常出现裂纹处的应力分析,并将计算应力与测试应力进行了比较,探讨了框架产生裂纹的原因,对框架的动强度作出了比较接近实际情况的评价。

Abstract:In this paper,impaction vibration,the primary cause of downcoiler accidents,has been studied in greater detail as a main problem,which includes finite element model analysis and dynamic strength calculation of structures on No.1 wrapper roll arm by use of SAP 5 program.In accordance with these measurements and mumerical calculations,further resonance and stress analyses about this arm,particularly at cracks on it,have been made.As a result of a comparision between calculating and measuring stress,the reason for cracks occurring has been analysed.Finally,the author evaluates the dynamic strength of the arm in relatively keeping with reality.
