摘    要:通过发根农杆菌R1000介导的遗传转化建立了芸芥发状根的诱导、培养及植株再生体系.研究了影响发状根诱导及生长的各种因素,通过PCR对所得发状根进行了分子水平的鉴定.结果表明:发根农杆菌R1000的rol B基因已被成功地转入并整合到该发根培养物的基因组中.

Abstract:The system of induction and culture of hairy roots derived from cotyledon mediated by Agrobac- terium rhizogenes R1000 and the plant regeneration from hairy roots in Eruca sativa Mill were established, and the factors that affect the inducement and growth of hairy roots were also studied. Furthermore, this study testified the hairy roots in molecular level by the PCR analysis. The results of such identification demonstrated that rol B gene of T-DNA from Ri plasmid had been integrated into the genome of the transformed roots.
