双向自增强高密度聚乙烯结晶形态的透射电镜研究

摘    要:采用透射电镜考察了双向自增强高密度聚乙烯试样熔体剪切层的结晶形态,确认其特征结构为互锁串晶结构,即沿应力方向有序排列的少量串晶与大量片晶互锁的结构。

Abstract:The morphology of bi axially self reinforced high density polyethylene samples, prepared from uni axially shearing injection molding, was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. The characteristic crystal microstructure of bi axially self reinforced high density polyethylene consisted of a low percentage of shish kababs and a high percentage of aligned lamellae. The lamellar outgrowths of shish kababs and the aligned lamellae interlocked laterally and thus formed the interlocking shish kababs.
