| 摘 要： | 以人为本是一种思想、一种价值取向,把这种思想和价值取向渗透于教育的始终,作为达到教育目的的途径,它就是一种方法。以人为本的思想政治教育方法就是重视发挥教育对象的主体性、主动性和能动性,促进其自我发展的方法;是从教育对象的实际出发,变消极为积极的方法;是尊重受教育者的差异性,扬长避短的方法;是教育者用爱心帮助受教育者,托起希望和明天的方法,是站在教育对象的角度,真心实意帮助其发展的方法。

| Abstract: | The people-oriented is an ideology,value orientation and an approach to achieving the education aim if it is infiltrated in education.People-oriented ideological and political education focuses on subjectivity,initiatives,and activity and promotes their self-development.It is an approach to changing negativity into a positivity starting from the educational reality of the object,to respecting the individual difference,making good use of advantages and avoiding disadvantages,helping the educated become useful talents with caring heart,and helping them develop with all heart in their perspective. |
