This paper expounds the contents and principles that should be taken into consideration of county-level library in the collection construction,and puts forward some book acquisitioning methods adopted by county-level library in the collection construction such as the bibliographic reservation,direct-purchase of new books,online purchase,bookstore distribution,and direct connection with publishers,etc.
