TMC的室内配方研究

摘    要:钻井液转变成水泥的技术简称MTC技术。本文选用自制的分散剂F-2,有机缓凝剂,早强剂及激活剂进行了大量的MTC配方筛选。不同的温度条件下,在室内成功地进行了MTC转化。经辽河现场泥浆验证表明:该配方使转化后水泥石三天强度大于10MPa,流变性,稠化时间等浆体性能均满足常规注水泥要求。

Abstract:The technique of the conversion of drilling fluid into cement is called MTC technique for short.In this paper,the self-made dispersant F-2,organic slow dilution agent,early strength agent and activator are sieved by MTC composition.MTC is successfully convert-ed in laboratiory at different temperature.The in-situ mud test in Liaohe Oil Field showsthat due to the composition,the strength of the converted cementstone is greater than 10 Mpa in three days,and its rheological property and viscosifying time can satisfy the re-quirements of cementing.
