楔形齿空间数学力学模型及有限元网格自动划分

摘    要:以牙轮钻头楔形齿的基本尺寸为参数,根据牙齿上的关键点位置,准确的建立了该类牙齿的空间数学模型及力学模型,为牙齿有限元网格的自动划分及牙齿受力分析提供了简便的方法。文中建立的牙齿受力随岩石硬度变化而变化的分布区域及载荷随牙齿工作中不同位置的分布区域,能较好地分析工作中,牙齿内部的应力变化情况,这一点比集中载荷法分析牙齿的受力更具有指导性意义。

Abstract:Taking the basic dimensions of the wedge tooth of the cone bit as parameters, the 3D-mathematical models and mechanical models of this kind of tooth have been established on the basis of the key points on a tooth. These models provide a convenient method for the automatic divisionof the finite element grids and the forced process analysis of the tooth. This paper has analyzed the variations of the tooth forced process with rock hardness and its positions. The method is better than the concentrating load method for the analysis of the tooth forced process.
