| 摘 要： | 本文针对外壁为矩形，内壁为圆形的厚壁方筒的应力计算中存在的一些问题，用有限元法对厚壁方筒进行了分析计算，给出了厚壁方筒应力发布的规律，并拟合出了厚壁方筒内外壁危险点应力集中系数的表达式。

| Abstract: | By means of finite-element method, the authors analyze the problem in calculating the stress of a thick-walled square tube with circular inside, and find the rule of its stress distribution. The formula is given that can be used to calculate the stress concentration factors of the danger points on the tube s inside and outside surfaces. |
