| 摘 要： | 从外包总量、内容、外包需求、物流服务水平、需求商的满意度及外包失败等方面分析了我国物流外包现状及与发达国家物流外包的差距,找出了我国物流外包过程中存在信息不对称、企业文化的冲突以及隐含成本的增加等问题及潜在的机会,并从提高物流需求商的物流意识、提高物流服务商的服务水平、培养壮大非资产型物流企业以及提高物流外包实践水平等方面提出了建议。
