泵送混凝土施工中堵泵的原因分析与防治措施

针对泵送混凝土施工中常见的堵泵现象，从混凝土生产及泵管铺设、施工等方面分析了该现象产生的原因，提出了防治泵管堵塞的主要措施为：1)配制可泵性良好的混凝土；2)施工中严格执行作业规程；3)不利条件下泵送施工应采取的措施；4)设备配套及加强管理等问题。以上措施对预防和防治泵送混凝土堵塞，及提高泵送混凝土的工作效率有一定的作用。

Cause Analyses of Concrete Pump Plug in Construction and Its Countermeasures

This paper analyzes the reason and mechanism of the failure of the pumping concrete construction and pipeline plugging, and describes the measures and methods of the prevention and treatment. 1) Prepare concrete with good pumpability; 2) Strictly execute working norms in construction; 3) Measures taken for pumping in unfavorable conditions; 4) Unitization of equipment and improvement of management which has some direct effect on reducing, preventing and treating plugging of pumping concrete, and on developing working efficiency.
