| Abstract: | Training of the heel- to- toe walking raee technology is tha guarantee d enhancing the heel - to- toe walking race result, only under the science gaining theory and method, following the reasonable training principle, basing on physiological charcteistic and the psychological characteristic of the human Ixxty, as well as the studying rule to teach and train in the training process, can be improved the quality of the heel - to- toe walking race technical training and obtained satisfactory effect. |
