| 摘 要： | 论述了供应链管理(SCM)的基本内涵,面向SCM的企业资源计划(ERP)的功能组成及其成功实施的条件.企业资源计划(ERP)不仅是先进的管理软件和工具,而且也是现代管理思想的集成系统.面向供应链管理的ERP是企业未来发展的方向,对其进行研究具有理论和实践的双重意义.
