基于倒置转换的二次通带抑制微带滤波器

摘    要:基于Butterworth带通滤波器原型,应用饲置转换和Richards变换进行微带滤波器设计,得到的滤波器具有较强的二次通带抑制能力。对设计结果进行的仿真表明,滤波器3dB通带范围4.1~4.9GHz,对二次谐波处寄生通带的抑制大于50dB。本文的设计方法简单高效,具有通用性;得到的微帝滤波器结构小巧,易于实现。

Abstract:From the prototype of Butterworth band-pass filter, using immittance inverters and Richards transformation, a micro-strip filter with powerful suppression in the second spurious band is designed. The simulation results show that the 3dB pass-band is 4.1~4.9 GHz, and the suppression on the second spurious band is larger than 50dB. The design methods introduced here are simple, high efficiency, and universal. The final micro-strip filter has a small structure and is easy to manufacture.
