生理生化实验准备常规操作技术探究

探索了高校生物学实验课前期准备工作中的实验技术和方法。介绍生理生化实验准备工作中的常规操作技术，主要涉及实验试剂配制分装，实验器材自制，血液样品的采集与制备，植物材料的培养等方面的操作技术。通过实验教师对学生的实验前期准备工作的培训和技术指导，增加了学生对一个实验项目的整体的概念，有利于学生更好地掌握实验的理论知识和实验技术。

Exploration on the conventional operating techniques in the preparation of physiological and biochemical experiments

The current work explored the experimental techniques and methods in the preparation of the biology experiments for college, and introduced the conventional operating techniques, including the making-up and packaging of the experimental reagents, self-assembling of instruments, collection and preparation of blood sample, as well as the cultivation of the plant material. After training and technical guidance by experimental teacher on the preparatory work of the experiments, students will increase their overall concepts on the pilot project, and better grasp the theoretical knowledge and experimental techniques of the experiment.
