| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业创业问题直接关系到学校的生存与持续健康发展，而高质量的就业创业更是学生、学校和社会追求的最终目标。高校共青团组织具有职能、组织结构、服务平台等方面的优势，在服务大学生就业创业方面能够发挥独特作用。高校共青团组织应开辟就业创业教育第二课堂；指导学生成立就业创业社团组织，充分发挥校园文化的育人功能；制订并落实大学生素质拓展计划，分层次开展职业生涯教育活动；积极推行KAB创业教育项目，建立创业支持体系，帮助大学生成功创业。在提高大学生就业创业质量方面，高校共青团组织只要明确自身定位、发挥自身优势，就一定能有所作为。

| Abstract: | The issues of college and university graduates＇employment and entrepreneurship are directly related to the colleges＇sustainable and healthy development. The high quality of employment and entrepreneurship is the ultimate goal of the students, school and society. The Communist Youth League organizations having the functions of organization, service and other advantages, can play a unique role in the service of the employment and entrepreneurship of college students. |
