| Abstract: | Fluorimetery have the characteristics of high sensitivity, high sensitivity, less sample, and the method is simple, it has been widely applied to each field of food inspection, biochemical, chemistry, metallurgy, medicine, pharmaceutical analysis, life sciences and environmental science etc. Introduce simply the basic structure of the Hitachi F-4500 fluorescence spectrophotometer, and introduce in detail its debugging method of the wavelength scanning. |
