| Abstract: | In the process of cultivating university student innovation ability, innovation guiding plays an important role. Based on giving the situation and problems of innovation guidance teams in high school, building model of innovation guidance teams and effectiveness incentive mechanism to improving the interesting of teacher innovation guiding are discussed, so that it can support meaningful reference for high and scientific running of high school all kinds of student innovation plats. |
